1300 Block Club of Tutwiler

I am having a problem with my neighbor parking his car in front of my house every day/night when there is plenty of room to park in front of his property. I don't want to be a picky/grouchy neighbor but can anyone think of a good way of handling this? It is very annoying and hard to understand other than he doesn't want to stare at his car from the living room all of the time. I don't either! It makes it difficult when I have guests and they have to find alternate parking. Any suggestions?
