Anyone else out there tired of nitpicky letters?  Can we all agree Gene Marck has nothing better to do then go around harrasing neighbors?  I think it is time we stand up as a community.  I am tired of letters from trash cans, to cars, to fences...Enough is enough! We need to focus on the real problems which are: graffitti, cars being broken into, loud music, dogs pooping on our grass, neighborhood safety.  Anyone wonder where those fines and homeowner monies go?  I do.  It sure isn't filtered into improving our neighborhood.  It's time our voices be heard.  Is anyone else with me on this?
