On June 26, 2009, Assistant Chief Philip Banks III became the newly assigned Commanding Officer of Patrol Borough Manhattan North.
We welcome Chief Banks to Manhattan North and look forward to working closely with him in addressing our community needs.
Assistant Chief Raymond Diaz was assigned as the Commanding Officer of Patrol Borough Manhattan South. We wish Chief Diaz all the best!
