When will someone at PV College do something about the cars entering and leaving campus with their stereos blasting and rattling the whole area?
I live very close to one of the entrances. Several times a day I hear, and feel the students come and go. Isn't this noise polution? Aren't my rights being violated? What are the police doing about it?
