Where are our HOA Fees being spend?

May it is time to request an Audit of how our HOA Fees are being spent.

Board does not reply to any emails or letters of complaints.

Very upset Condo Owner

You are right in being concerned. The board just took over and is making changes but as in everything catching up is harder when you've fallen so far behind. I am not on the board but Jesus is the Pres. and he has said he will meet with anyone just email him and set up a time. Remember our board walked into major problems and they all hold jobs on top of trying to work through all the messes that they have encountered. By the way none of the elevators are working still. I have a heart problem and two total knee replacements and bought here because my condo was near the elevator. yep I feel the frustration and join you in not being happy about what we are faced with. But take a deep breath and lets see if we can take care of some of these issues.

Please do the board is new they are learning and they have very good intentions but so much needs to be done ! Good luck and if there is no reply please let me know and I will let Jesus know.
