I too am very tired I realize there have been too many problems for things to get fixed quickly but I am tired of the elevators I pack illegally now on my shopping days so that I don't fall while hauling groceries from my car to my condo. I feel really bad for those who live on the fifth floor! And thank goodness I have nieghbors and no roach problems but yes the health dept. should be contacted on that because it is a health issue. I spray my condo and the common areas had to spray the stairwell because we found black widows and I also have to clean the front so I bought my own blower. Sad that things haven't improved thinking of putting my place up for sale and praying it might sell. : (
