B&E on Monday afternoon on Oak Hill Ave. at around 3 p.m. The tenant was gone for 45 minutes. This was the second break-in a couple of weeks—another on Oak Hill Ave was robbed on Oct. 16 evening- approx. 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. No one was home either time, so someone is watching the houses and breaking in when they see that no one is home. Neighbor reported a suspicious vehicle w/Conn plate to the police
