Neighborhood Councils are designed to give all individuals, residents, businesses owners, members of organizations and all other community members a forum for addressing issues regarding your community and the capacity to make improvements or changes within your neighborhood. The entire community will be empowered to provide input on decisions made by your Neighborhood Council and on issues of the community.
Your Neighborhood Council will be managed and lead by a government body that is made of people from your own community.
Neighborhood Councils will meet regulary to discuss key issues and work on a variety of community matters.
As a member of your Neifhborhood Council,you will join together with other members from your community to organize and coordinate plans for your neighborhood. Community members will assess and prioritize the needs of their own community. Each Neighborhood Council member will do their part to accomplish the goals of the Neighborhood Council and the community.
