We are closing on the home on Wellington Way in a couple of weeks, who do we contact to pay our homeowners dues? Also does anyone have a good landscaping service, painter and handyman that they can recommend? We are looking to have some work done on the house before we move all of our furniture in. Any referrals would help greatly.
