At the end of Revillo Way, there is a nasty path that accesses the school Playground and park. It is always littered and is unsafe footing for elderly or parents with strollers. I would like to see this area maintained and improved so that it is safe and clean.
This path is used by children in the neighborhod and by walkers to acess businesses on el Cajon.
Who owns this property? Is this a public access? Could we possibly form a small group who could clean the walk on a weekly basis? It is next to a drainage that could harbor mosquito larvae. Anyone know anything about this area?
