In Attendance: Liz Roberts, Noel Foster, Nancy Cline

v      Discussed light bulbs for hallways.  Concerns that “curly” florescent bulbs are not long-lasting and mercury content makes disposal an issue.  Liz will purchase LED bulbs for a trial in Building 202.  In the meantime, will have cleaning person restock just enough curly bulbs for replacements as needed.

v      Liz has almost completed comment forms for residents to use to communicate to Board, in addition to email and website already available.

v      “Paper Only” trash can in Building 201 entry foyer continues to have food and other non-paper items in it.  The Board will send an email to Dave Warren advising him to remove the can.

v      Dryer vent cages still being researched (company that did before no longer available).

v      The carpet cleaning of the first floors was recently completed.  Based on feedback, the Board has determined that late Fall and early Spring (October/April) would be the best times for future cleaning.  Also, each building needs door mats inside the front and back stairwell entrances. Nancywill have Building Captains make sure each building has mats.

v      Structural issues summary showed no major widespread problems.

v      Pets were discussed.  The Board intends to implement a restriction on size of pets (considering 20 lb. maximum) and no pets for renters.  There will be a “grandfathered” clause for existing situations.

v      The issue of commercial vehicles, particularly safety issues involving those parked vehicles was discussed.  Violation letters will be mailed by Zalco to the owners/tenants not in compliance with regulations.

v      Liz will contact Peter to get firm dates/action on old business items i.e.; new rental  lease, engineers report, reserve account, mailing of Owners Information Sheet and Website introduction letter.

v      Board discussed restriction on renting for owners who are delinquent on condo fees.
