WHOLE FOODS EMPLOYEES DONATING FIVE PERCENT OF THEIR SALES TO AUDUBON RIVERSIDE
Whole Foods, our newest neighbor and ARNA business member is jumping in feet first to help the Martin-Hall Family whose home was tragically burned on Thanksgiving night where Bobbyjean and her son Sean lost their lives. On Saturday, December 14, 2002, five percent of the sales will be donated to Audubon Riverside Neighborhood Association?’s Fund. Kristina Bradford of Whole Foods stated ?“Five percent of the sales collected on that day will be given to the association! The idea is that the funds will go to the neighbor whose house and family were destroyed.?”
We are encouraging everyone in our association to shop till you drop at Whole Foods this Saturday, December 14, 2002. The more you buy the more money we can give to the Martin-Hall Family.
The Whole Foods?’ team members/employees voted to give this money to this family and we are so appreciative of their generosity. So, please remember to ?“make your big groceries?” this Saturday at Whole Foods, and please express our gratitude to the employees while you are there.
