I have tried to walk my dog several times around the block. It was very discouraging that I could barely get out of my driveway when I had to return as another dog (husky) was coming after me.
Also this same dog is the one getting into the trash in the neighborhood.
Everyone should have their dogs on a leashing when walking. If you cannot control your dog in your yard, have him on a chain. This is not fair to others in the neighborhood.
