“Friends of Colorado Lagoon” (FOCL) is a coalition group of concerned citizens, dedicated to the restoration and preservation of Colorado Lagoon. Formed in 1999, FOCL promotes cooperative solutions that ensure a healthy balance between recreation, flood management, safe water, wildlife habitat and education for Colorado Lagoon.
