I go outside several times a day and at night. Around 10:10pm, a man was walking down the street with one hand in his pocket, a little dishelvled and nervous. Wavy short brown hair, mixed race, loose jeans in his early to mid 40s, dark colored thin jacket, unshaven face with stubble. I was outside my home on stonebryn as he walked by, I was on the phone and he said, "Hello neighbor." as he kept walking, in a brisk manner. I have never seen him before and I have lived on the street in this neighborhood for almost 6 years. I am very observant as well. He came from the last street that stonebryn curves around into. Just wanted to put this out there.
