WOW the rocks at the front look fantastic! I am excited about the improvements being made.

Improvements???

Improvements? What improvements? What about all of the homeowners who have still yet to comply to the requests from the July 2007 letter to clean up their yards, remove their trashcans, screen in their air conditioners and pool equipment, remove boats, etc., etc., etc. We still have people parking on the street over night, cars in driveways with flat tires, newspapers in yards for days, weeds as high as 6ft. tall, and NOTHING is being done about it!!! It is no wonder houses are not selling in this neighborhood and when they do, the owner has to give it way for $30,000-$40,000 less than the original asking price!!! Wake up people and realize that our property values are dropping rapidly and people are not buying in this neighborhood, due to its overall appearance. What is the board going to do about this? I can't wait to attend the Board Meeting in October and bring all of this up for a full discussion!!!

I agree with you that the rocks really look good! I noticed the new fence on the gate going out the side too. Things are starting to shape up some around here!!!!!

You should volunteer

Why don't you put your name up for a board membership? Perhaps you will be able to accomplish all of these things in a really fast hurry.
