Single family homes should be built on the Harrell's property. This will be in keeping with the existing neighborhood that we all have invested our hard earned time, effort and monies.

Mr. Cappo has submitted an item on the Dec 10th Zoning and Planning Commission Meeting Agenda to subdivide the existing property into 53 lots ... given the lack of communication, I would bet that there will be only one entrance/exit on Parkhurst. Let everyone know quickly!
