Is anyone noticing that there seems to be alot more roosters crowing here in Foster Village? We do not have the most compliant neighbors who own the Roosters these go off at 12:00am all the way til 4:00am. Our bedroom window faces the neighbors and well, they simply do not care. Funny thing is they say, they arent raising them to fightl, but friends come over and hold the roosters up in the air towards each other and yell "They stay sparring" hmmmmmm.
Anyone with advice as to how to deal with angry neighbors who dont want you to ask them to please keep their roosters quiet? cant sleep at night been going on for over 1 year now.
