1. Residents and guests only. Guests must be accompanied by a member. Residents under 18are not permitted to have guests.
2. A maximum of 5 guests are allowed per household when accompanied by an adult homeowner. Exceptios may be permitted for out of town guests or with the approval of the board.
3. Residents are responsible for the conduct and supervision of their children and guests.
4. Horseplay and rowdy behavior (i.e. running, excessive splashing) is not permitted in the pool area.
5. Profane language is not permitted.
6. Audio and video devices are permitted with low volumn only.
7. No glass inside the pool area.
8. Children 12 years and under must be supervised by an adult.
9. Abuse of property is not permitted. Repair or replacement of damaged property will be charged to the homeowner responsible.
10. No pets allowed in the pool area.
11. Appropriate swimmimg attire must be worn, no cut-offs.
12. Pool must be vacated during an electrical storm.
13. Safety float rope must be in place at all times.

* Parents must control their children. Rowdy behavior will not be tolerated and those abusing the rules will be asked to leave the pool area.
* Cigarette butts and ashes must be placed in an ashtray. Clean ashtrays before leaving the pool area.
