The Highlands is getting more then its fare share of Mail delivered to the wrong homes. Contact was made with the Postmaster in Alpine and she asked that we notify her of the mistakes the day it happens. Her name is Kitty Van Winkle and the phone number is 619-445-1772 . She asked to be called on the day of the event so she can pinpoint the problem.
