AVNA SUPPORTS BETTER FUTURE PROPOSALS

AVNA passed a resolution at the March meeting to support the Better Future tax proposals ?– they are
as follows:

Proposition 1 ?– SA River Development
Would extend amenities further along the river. Key component would be to implement the
River Development Plan.

Proposition 2 ?– Kelly Air Force Base Redevelopment
Would generate momentum for the ongoing redevelopment effort at Kelly.

Proposition 3 ?– Parks Development & Expansion
Would foster much needed park development and safeguard the Edwards Aquifer.

Proposition 4 ?– Neighborhood Development &Business Expansion
Would make our city more attractive to business expansion and neighborhood redevelopment.
