Tina Gardner our HOA President stopped by yesterday. She was talking to my wife about resigning from our HOA board as the President. I personally want nothing to do with it. I am doing my own thing. I will pay my dues and maintain my yard and property to the best of my ability. I believe this is evident by the appearance of my property. I will park a trailor in my driveway on occasion or my camper for that matter. As I have said before, when this happens, which is a rare occasion. Mind your own business as I do mine when you are not perfect.

OK, after saying that. We have been told that Pricilla is copying our checks when we pay our HOA dues and has copies of cancelled checks going back at least two years. I don`t know about you but there are only two entities that need copies of my cancelled checks. That would be my bank and myself. If you want proof of payment from me, I will provide it.

While I am here, the lawn maintainence people are doing a very poor job. The common areas look like crap as do the garden areas. Where are the flowers? Quit leaving patches of grass uncut. When you weed eat, finish the job.

Where are the copies of my cancelled checks?

Where are the flowers in the gardens of the common areas?

We are paying for them. It is in the contract for the lawn maint.

Hold money for the next cut until they fulfill their obligations.

I for one an tired of our neighborhood looking less than what it should. I know that if I was looking to buy a home and I see how our neighborhood is maintained and then see some of our neighbors. I would look elsewhere.

I still have not received my cancelled checks that were copied illegally.

I hope you are not serious about the 15 or 20 dollars in flowers that were planted.

Have you folks seen the amount of money being paid for grass cutting, mulch and flowers. The flowers that were planted are an insult to the community.
