Dear Fellow Homeowners:
As your newly appointed President of your Homeowners Association, I would like to update you as to the
current happenings around your community. Recently resigned Directors:
Barb Clifford is moving away
Sue Tucker resigned due to personnel timing conflicts David See sold his home and moved away also
Thanks for their contributions!!!
Welcome New Directors:
Nancy Mueller back as our Vice- President
Tom Stockwell as Director
Continuing:
Margaret Snider, Treasurer

WE CURRENTLY HAVE ONE OPENING ON THE BOARD.
HOW ABOUT YOU?
Currently your Board of Directors are working on the following issues:
Finalizing the repairs associated with the roof replacement. Repairs to the rock beds, new trees, the rock wall and exterior area updates. Coordinating and painting of 5 buildings. Pursuit of delinquent homeowners dues and finally, the management of homeowners requests. If you want more information about any of the issues your Board is currently pursuing, please come to the monthly Board meetings. We have time allocated every month for homeowner?’s forum. This is your time to approach your Board Members with questions, comments and concerns for your area. You can not make a difference unless you constructively express these views during this time. The Board works very hard to preserve, protect and enhance your values here at Ammons Park. Date to keep in mind: Homeowners Annual Meeting is fast approaching in January.
