Just saw this post....is the original poster still on this site? I work on TNR in Wilmette and am trying to connect concerned people. I can tell you about the politics in Wilmette but I hope you didn't listen to the person telling you to bring in coyotes or shoot the cats. Certainly this is not just "your problem" - it's the result of irresponsible people not spaying and neutering cats, who will multiply exponentially. Thank you for wanting to help.
