I happened to see some sort of box with rotating (very bright) lights (red/white and eventually blue/green as well) going through the sky and very low in our neighorhood for a few minutes last night around 12:30 to 1:00 in the morning near the soccer field of Winterset coming from the Annandale direction and moving towards Faifax city... unsure how to identify/describe the object i saw... The only other thing I can describe is that it was around the size of very very large cardboard box...
I was wondering if there was any chance that someone else had managed to get a glimpse of it as well??? I was wondering what it was and if you thought it was some type of weather balloon/contraption? although there was no balloon attached from what I saw (it sunk lower in sky and I seemed to get a remarkable view of it for a couple minutes and am still perplexed to what it is)
