Bone Happy Halloween

Posted in: Parker CO

Did you know that 81% of teen girls and 48% of teen boys fail to get their daily intake of calcium? Thanks to   crazy fad diets, a preoccupation with extreme thinness, fast food, junk snacks, and lack of information, kids as young as 10 are being diagnosed with osteoporosis. The good news is that bone loss does not have to be permanent.

Join the Douglas County Parenting Coalition for a bone happy Halloween. We will be in downtown Castle Rock from 2-4 p.m. on October 31 and on Main Street in Parker the same day from 4-8 p.m. We will have treats, tattoos, bone healthy snack recipes, and a skeleton photo booth.
