I am homeless at this time, do have a stable monthly income but plea with someone, per the (below). A hand up, not a hand out, I’m a working man, not about sitting around amidst my life. Though homeless but trying, to network with other's, I keep myself clean, use community resource's and public place's that allow shower, misc, but it's been harder and difficult for me to live somewhere warm and safe, do whatever work for someone in, around and outside their home or apt in exchange for reduced monthly rent, $300/mo – (most I can pay, sorry), and to separately self – maintain my own daily odd job work searching, using local public libraries computer’s and free job seeker center office’s (I am resourceful), but a reasonable housing arrangement, a place to crash, is apparently not something I can easily find, among: El Segundo: (16,217), Manhattan Beach: (36,605), Hermosa Beach: (19,350), Redondo Beach: (66,882), Hollywood Riviera Village: (3,805), Palos Verdes Estates: (13,585), Rolling Hills Estates: (7,860), Rolling Hills: (1,908), Rancho Palos Verdes: (41,106); total: South Bay - (207,318). I do have a stable monthly income that I use for living, other various monthly expense’s and $300 for a mo in exchange for positive work done’ in, around and outside someone’s home or apt. But I’m left again wondering what I’m gonna do, where can I stay, when I can do so much for someone, they can get $300/mo, thus, win-win; I mean outta South Bay - (207,318) people. What I lack, which I have known, is marketing and advertising, but even with Craigslist (internally messed up and dysfunctional), and whom I’ve never spammed on the site, I tried to get minimal access back into my account but it’s only shown to be fruitless, thus, move out, so be it. All my stuff (ie: home office, etc/misc) is safely secured in my 9’ x 5’ Hermosa Beach self storage unit, I got a Hermosa Beach mailbox rental, I can afford monthly public transit pass – so I can get around, know how to access and get to various churches and other place’s that give out free food bag’s and can food unto those whom have a place to prepare food. I got (on/with me) (1) minimal itemized, neatly packed back pack. I am clean, and know how to keep a place clean and maintain it daily. All I want is someone, reasonably decent person, whom is willing to honestly accept $300/mo rent from me in exchange for positive work done’ in, around and outside someone’s home or apt. I can make do with any kind of reasonable living space, that is safe and secure from the outside element’s, and preferably in South Bay. Otherwise, aside from my (1) minimal itemized, neatly packed back pack, I’m not moving my stuff out of my 9’ x 5’ Hermosa Beach self storage unit, hence, out of South Bay (where I want to settle, ie: for the rest of my day’s regardless that I may still be young). TASKS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: Light industrial, Forklift Certified, Operated powered and non powered Pallet Jacks, UPS on-line, Shipping and Receiving, Inventory and Rotating Stock, Re-Stocking, Loading and Unloading vehicles, Entry Level General Office (filing, phones, misc.) and Customer Service, as well as Entry Level Graphic Web Design, computer / PC project's using Windows 95 / 98 / XP / (Microsoft Word, Internet, email), and Basic / Elementary Spanish and American Sign Language. As well as odd job's: housecleaning, mover's assistant / helper, minimal yard work, minimal laundry, washing (dishes / vehicles), groundskeeping, janitorial. I've also done TV / Film background scene work as well as interned on various student and independent low - budget film / video production projects, performing various production department assisting, such as craft service's and boom operator. Also I can do house and pet sitting, organizing, ETC, MISC. So amidst a pre - discussion, question is: 'What do you need done, completed, been wanting to get around to but haven't (yet) or would like to have done and/or completed?
Solely for outcall work – wise, not re: room exchange for work done: $10/hr. with (2)/hr. minimum, Cash, no going on any payroll or pay in/by check (s). I ask for (24)/hr. advance notice as to plan my commute to clientele (via http://www.mta.net , http://www.metro.net ); exhibit business and professional attitude, detail oriented and take pride in the work that I am given, but I am quick about it, thus, I get the job done right the first time.
