Hello my husband and I just moved into our rewly renovated home on August 3, 2012. We are interested in joining the neighborhood watch program and hope to extend our assistance in our area.I'm including a picture of a potential problem that is right across the street from our home. I have been informed that this area is ideal spot for drugs and bums to sleep. This is the vacant lot where the weeds have overgrown allowing the people to hollow out the center of the weeds to have some privacy to do their criminal activity. I live at the 3rd house from the corner of Misqute Ave and 13th My address is 415 13th St My name is Vanessa Mosley and my husbands name is Emanuel.
