Homeowners Dues

Homeowners dues were due on February 28. We have received dues from 112 out of 130 residents. Thank you to those of you who paid on time. For any of you who haven't paid yet, the amount due after February 28 is $420 and increases to $470 after March 31. Keep in mind that a lien will be filed if dues are not received with late fees by May 15.
