Northwest / Southwest Vision & Master Plan
Jacksonville Planning & Development Department
Jacksonville is a fast growing city and has gained nearly 60,000 new jobs over the last five years. Key to maintaining and improving the quality of life that has attracted this growth is a balanced approach to development.
The Vision and Master Plan studies are intended to provide a strategy for long range planning for specific planning districts over the next 20 years. Without a plan there will be no basis to make meaningful land use, zoning and infrastructure decisions.
The City will rely on extensive public input to develop a vision for Northwest and Southwest planning districts in Jacksonville. Your input through the Collaboration Meeting is needed!
