I am very disturbed to learn that a once lovely home in my Highland Lakes neighborhood is now some kind of halfway house and that a local real estate company is reporting that to potential buyers. I never thought a single-family deed restricted neighborhood could be at risk. Can anyone offer advice on this problem?
