I forgot to mention another fact about a statement that Arthur made - ''i have spoken to many residents of the community, most of which didnt even know a website existed.''

The Newsletter is mailed (cost of approximately $600) and on the front cover (as well as a detailed article in one of the first issues) is the link to this unofficial website. Guess that proves that most of the residents don't pay attention to the mailings they do get....

It must be awful to be a person who has nothing better to do than complain...sure I do it to...but I don't complain about everything...!

This website was mentioned over a year and a half ago when I went to a meeting...and it's still not up...what's the hold up...and furthermore...what's wrong with this one...?

EXCUSE ME CINDY, BUT I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT NEWSLETTER YOU ARE REFERRING TO. WE HAVE LIVED IN THIS COMMUNITY FOR 5 MONTHS AND HAVE NOT RECIEVED THIS. IS THIS SENT OUT MONTHLY AS A FORM OF BOD MEETING MINUTES? YOU MENTION ' ONE OF THE FIRST ISSUES' THE DEVELOPMENT IS OVER 4 YEARS OLD, AGAIN, WE HAVE BEEN HERE 5 MOS. CONGRATULATIONS ON LIVING HERE FOR A PROLONGED PERIOD OF TIME!
OH AND CINDY I DO NOT HAVE INTERNET ACCESS. I AM USING MY SON IN LAWS COMPUTER.
