I would like to know who or whom ownes the streets.  I live near portabello and plata.  There are too many vehicles left on the road at night and are there all day long.  I dont know who to report this to,  because I almost clipped a vehicle the other night.  If anyone could let me know that would be great,  so we dont hit a vehicle or someone at night.

If a vehicle is in violation of fire lane restrictions you can contact the local police to issue warnings and/or ticket the offending vehicles.  

My husband contacted the property manager every day for 2 weeks to clear up our street. His point was that in our first week living in the neighborhood we were mailed a warning notice for parking in front of our house overnight. Luckily we weren't fined.
