Hi neighbors, I spoke to Randall regarding the retention pond. He agreed to do the work on the area surrounding the fence, down toward Pine Mountain Road and also on the inside of the fence around the top level. He will do this for $150 (cheaper than he charged last year). This will be done by the end of March.
