Folks, we're relatively new here in Palisaides Park...occasionally we get parking tickets for curb parking right outside our front door.  I understand the 2-hour parking sign, question is, what efforts have we taken in the past with the Arl City Council to exempt PP residents from being ticketed?  Other ARL neighborhoods have them, why don't we?  Thanks

I don't know if anything has been done, but I, too, have gotten tickets right in front of my house and feel that PP residents should be exempt from this nuisance.  The purpose of the 2 hour parking limit should be to prevent commuter parking, not to punish residents.  Maybe if several of us ban together, we could get this changed.
