Armada III Resident Association Officers Going Strong

Resident Association (RA) Officers huddled together at Del Mar East Campus library on April 19th to plan forward motion for Armada III residents. The main agenda item was By-Laws passage; since all had not reviewed them, it was tabled until June's meeting so that new officers could be prepared to discuss them. The officers also talked about various fund raisers in order to help with future activities for the Armada III community. President Cavazos would like to ask residents to respect the speed limit on Tompkins and to keep their yard areas clean; if you would like to know where your yard area of responsibility begins and ends, you may request a property map from the manager, which will show you. RA meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:00 pm?—you're welcome to come with your ideas and opinions for our community.
