 The current management of our HOA has done a very poor job of taking care of our front yards and common area. They are NOT worthy of any increases in fees. The HOA has become a vehicle for theft and fraud.

For example: The irrigation valves, they have a twenty year warranty on them and they were replaced all most monthly.  This was simply a case of the old stratagem of the “switharoo” in order to drain the HOA treasury of funds.

Use your mind and vote NO for any increase of HOA fees as this is just money down a rat hole with no end in sight. Also, consider voting no on the amount of people who are required to form a quorum.

If you reduce the amount of people need for a quorum to 8 people they will have complete power to do any thing they want, including increasing the HOA fees to the stratosphere or selecting you or your family for harassment.

The members of the current HOA board have no business with their hands on the levers of power over you and your family; they have done an incompetent job.....
