We are an environmentally friendly neighborhood. On the Saturday following the neighborhood meeting, volunteers pick up newspaper and aluminum left at the curbside.
The funds generated by this collection support neighborhood social activities (the Holiday Party, for instance!). We also make regular donations to local organizations who serve our community, such as Scouts, Campfire, PTA, and other worthy causes.
If you would like to help with the collecting, or have a pickup truck that could be used on occasion, call Jim Girard at 696-2949. You'll have a great time if you do!
