Has anybody had any problems with their roof shingles? After every hard rain it seems that the fiberglass? or top of the shingle comes off. The particles resemble coarse sand. I have a friend that owns a home in Rock Creek and they are having problems with their shingles. The shingles were failing within 10 years because of a manufacturing defect in the process. They were made by Masonite. They are currently in the process of a class action suit with the manufacturer. Does anyone know what is the warranty on the shingles that US Home put on our homes? Also, does the homeowner association have any information on this topic?
