A year ago, my daughter and I were involved in Scottsdale YMCA program called Indian Princess. Think cub scouts but with Dads and daughters. We went on campouts, entered a car in the pinewood derby, attended a father/daughter dance and completed a project to help the hungry. We had a great time, however, our group was small and it consisted of fathers/daughters from all over the valley. Needless to say, it was hard to have meetings and get to know each other. I'd like to know if their are any Dads in the Arrowhead Ranch area interested in starting a tribe. The princess' can range from 5 to 11 years of age. It's a great way to have fun with your daughter/s and bond with them on a one on one basis.

If we had a daughter we would love to participate. If your not getting a big response we have a 3 1/2 year old boy so if you ever decide to make this a co-ed program we would love to participate ;) |
