I have a neighbor (across the water way) that feeds the ducks, geese, turtles and worst of all the PIGEONS two to three times a day. The pigeons, will eat and then fly up to my roof, where they roost and leave droppings everywhere and wait for their next meal. I've ask the neighbor to please stop feeding the pigeons and got a quick reply "NO".
According to the CC&R's it states NOT to feed the birds... I've e-mailed "hoalady@aol.com" on at least 3 separatet occasions, even sent photo's with NO response. What do I need to do to get the HOA to do something about this? It needs to stop!
