I would appreciate it if anyone has a copy of the CC&Rs for Phase III that I could borrow so that I could make a copy. If you do, please let me know how to contact you or I will provide my contact information if you prefer. I have tried other avenues to obtain a copy without success so any ideas would also be appreciated. Thanks so much for your help!

No reply needed as I found out how to download them. They are recorded at Maricopa County Recorder site. Here's how to find them should you need a copy. Please also get the modifications over the years.
Follow these steps to find the CC&Rs for any HOA in Maricopa County, Arizona. 2) Under Business Name, type in the name of the HOA (i.e., Amber Condo Association of Sun City West). 3) As soon as you start typing, a drop-down menu will appear. 4) Scroll down and select the name that you want. 5) The name that you select will appear under Business Name 6) Next to Document Code, select ALL TYPES. 7) Click on the blue SEARCH button. 8) Under Document Code, look for PROP RSTR (i.e., Property Restrictions). 9) Click on the blue button under Recording Number next to the HOA. 10) Click on the blue button under Pages to view the CC&Rs. 11) Scroll down the document to verify that these are the correct CC&Rs. 12) You can print the CC&Rs or Download them to your computer. |
