I asked about the rules regulations and restrictions for 12 Oaks back on October 25. I would like to know how to get the correct restrictions, amendments and any other changes that me be important to my nieghbors and myself. I've lived here for less than a year and anyone I ask has a different version of what the restriction are. Please help!!

Good morning,Tim. I posted a notice previously on our site notifying everyone that I would have copies at the halloween party for our residents. I 'll be happy to get them to you. I sometimes travel due to work so it might be a few days before I can get you a copy. However, if you can shoot me a quick email with your address I will be happy to drop off a copy at the door.
