Hi, I just want to know if other 7203 residents have been experiencing issues with heating their unit? Our heat hasn??™t been working properly for over 48 hours and our unit has been around 57 degrees. Even using a space heater we haven??™t been able to make it warmer than 60ish degrees. We??™ve been reaching out to MPM to see what??™s going on but haven??™t heard anything. I called Peter this morning as well and left a voicemail.

Good morning.  I sent an email to all of the 7203 owners regarding the replacement of one of the two boilers.  I am waiting on it's ETA and will send updates as I get them.
