Parking Problems...

Despite information on this item in the last newsletter, it is still a problem for those of you who are parking on the street. There will be an amendment to the covenants included with the annual election ballots to allow parking of vehicles on the driveway verses in the garage, so if you would like to see the covenants changed to legally allow you to park your vehicle in your driveway, then vote YES on the amendment. However, there will still be a ban on parking vehicles on the street.
Not only is this very dangerous by creating blind spots from which children may suddenly emerge, but it creates a hazard to those trying to enter or exit their driveways.
We are asking all of you to abide by this and park your vehicles in your driveway or your garage. If you have temporary guests that will be staying for an extended period of time, please call the property manager at 564-9194 and give them the vehicle description and tag number, so we can flag your account properly. However, we ask that you do everything possible to make room so their vehicle can be parked properly.
