Lawn Inspections in Full Swing….

Now that we are into the growing season for lawns, if you see a black and silver Ford F-150 with a camper top and ladder rack cruising the neighborhood, don?’t worry, it?’s only the property manager, Mr. Bill Thompson performing the property inspections for us. Mr. Thompson can usually be seen driving through the neighborhood around the second week of every month but he does make other random inspections as conditions warrant.
You should note that he will not be entering your property to conduct the inspections but viewing your property from the street. He may also be taking pictures of properties. We wanted you to be aware of this so you don?’t think he is canvassing the neighborhood as part of any criminal activity.
However, if you think it may be someone other than Mr. Thompson please call your neighborhood watch block captain or report the suspicious activity to the police.
