Yard of the Month...

What an exciting time the spring and summer months are for our neighborhood! It is so nice to see how dedicated many of you are when it comes to your homes . It is also so nice to see all the lovely arrangement of flowers, plants and decorations you have installed.
We are trying to recognize those of you who go the extra mile this year with a lovely Yard of the Month sign as well as a $50.00 gift certificate to Home Depot for the first place winner. The association is also recognizing those who place second and third with $25.00 gift certificates.
Your vote approved the Board?’s continuing support of the monetary awards for this valuable recognition program that runs from April until September.
Our Yard of the Month committee recommends the monthly winners and after verifying an owner?’s eligibility for the reward, (owner has no outstanding association balances, pending legal actions and is a member in good standing) the results are then forwarded back to the Yard of the Month committee who then have the distinct pleasure of delivering the Yard of the Month sign and gift certificate to the winner and the gift certificates to the second and third place runners-up.
We hope all of you will get out there and have some fun making our neighborhood a truly great place to live.
