Is the profitability of our homes over because, the economy or homeowners..crime in our neighbor...WHAT?

6 years ago I saw the financial records or River Side Chase and WE had over 20,000.00  in Greer State Bank.LETS INSTALL MORE STREET LIGHTS TO COMBAT CRIME

My wife and I were just talking about this the other day.  It seems like Riverside Chase is in the paper every week and not in a good way.  I know there are times that I forget to lock my car door and sure enough that is the night that someone get in there.  I never use to have to worry about locking my doors.  I remember when i use to leave my keys in there over night. Not any more.

I do not think putting in lights will solve the problem though. It is going to take the whole community getting involved.   I do not think it is kids coming from other neighborhoods, but our own. 

For example,  I was walking with my kids a few weeks back.  A 15 year old girl on your phone came up to me in a panic, because there was a black car flowing her.   So she walked with me until her mom got there, the black car drove off.  turns out to be some kids on fawnbrook.  They did not think any thing was wrong with follow a young girl revving the engine as the drove past.

Were are the parents.  If those were my boys they would be walking and the car would be gone.

all that said to say PLEASE GET INVOLVED.  GO to the meeting November 11th.

The meeting was last night and two new member were elected. 

hopefully, the two new members will be able to make some changes in the way the current board has been run. 

Eventhough I was not elected onto the board I will still do my best to get information to everyone one this site.  I know that Laurie was only of the members that did not come back.  She as of late was the person replying to e-mails.  Once I found out who will be answer the e-mails and the Hot Line, I will let everyone know.  Until then, I am not sure I would borther sending anything in.
