At the last meeting in November the board said they open seats every two years. So if that is true then there will be 3 seats open this year (President, VP, and Treasure) with an option for a 4th, (member at large). However, you do not run for any 1 spot. once the new members are elected. Then the new board meets, and deceide who will hold each position. There were 7 people that ran for the 2 open spots back in November, yet they did not fill the optional position of Member at large.

Caryn Neal who was elected treasurer is now the member at large position. The current treasurer decided to not "resign." I am currently awaiting a copy of the by-laws the board operates by.
