What is the general opinion of the relocation of the Farmer's Market in Atwater into the LA City owned public parking lot? I think it doesn't work at all and it diminishes the neighborhood. It causes a dangerous bottleneck at Garden Avenue and Glendale Boulevard for pedestrians and cars. There isn't enough parking for it. People eat in the meridan on the street and leave trash and garbage.
